Milestone Birthdays

Here's my favorite gift idea for someone who's celebrating a milestone birthday. I like to give a combo of something classic and something campy; a bottle of champagne plus something fun and retro like Pez, a squirt gun, bottle of bubbles, yo-yo (that's a Chinese yo-yo pictured below with silly straws), those button candies on paper, Pixie Stix, or other things you haven't thought about since you were a kid.

The gift tag would say, "Something to make you feel young and something to make you feel grown up." 'Cause it's true.

How do you celebrate a milestone birthday?
